OnSyteOps
Platform EULA — Staff
Effective June 25, 2026
This EULA covers OnSyteOps staff — administrators, dispatchers, and field technicians — who are granted access to the operations platform. It sets the ground rules for accounts, data, and conduct.
1. Scope
This Platform End-User License Agreement ("Platform EULA") applies to staff users — administrators, dispatchers, and field technicians — granted access to the OnSyteOps operations platform.
2. Authorized Use
Access is granted solely to perform duties assigned by your employer or contracting entity. Personal use, sharing of credentials, or transferring access to third parties is prohibited.
3. Confidentiality
Customer data, route information, pricing, payroll, and operational metrics accessible through the platform are confidential. You must not disclose, export, photograph, or retain copies outside the platform without written authorization.
4. Role-Based Access
Your role (admin, technician, dispatcher) controls what you can see and do. Do not attempt to bypass role restrictions, escalate privileges, or access data unrelated to your assigned work.
5. Device & Security Requirements
You will keep the device used to access the platform updated and lock-screen protected, will not install untrusted software that could capture credentials, and will report lost devices immediately.
6. Quality, Audits & Photographic Evidence
Photos captured at job sites may be subject to AI-assisted quality audits and may be shared with the customer. Submitting falsified, staged, or misleading photos is grounds for immediate termination of access.
7. Accurate Reporting
Job start, completion, mileage, and notes recorded in the platform are the official record of work performed. Knowingly submitting inaccurate information may result in disciplinary action and is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You will not (a) attempt to access another user's account; (b) introduce malware; (c) reverse engineer the platform; (d) export bulk customer data; or (e) use the platform to harass coworkers or customers.
9. Monitoring
Activity in the platform — including logins, queries, edits, location pings, and photo uploads — is logged for security, compliance, and performance review.
10. Termination of Access
Access may be revoked at any time, with or without cause. On termination of employment or assignment, your access ends immediately and all platform data must remain with the company.
11. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided to staff users without personal warranties. The company's liability to any individual staff user related to the platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Governing Law
This Platform EULA is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
