Why we're building this
The yards and properties are kept running by crews who show up rain or shine, season after season — yet most are still managing the business the way it was managed a decade ago: group texts, paper tickets, a whiteboard in the shop that only makes sense to whoever wrote on it. These crews don't need more software. They need better software — built for what they actually do, not adapted from some other industry's playbook.
